One of my favourite album artwork.

It's so strange that the past few days Sandra and I were just mimicking the infamous 'crotch grab' by Micheal Jackson. Someone that most of us know so well but don't talk about anymore. He popped up within our conversation recently. And this morning I wake up to the news of his passing. I've always loved surreal art on music covers. I don't understand why. I only seem to appreciate it more on album art. Just like all of the Dream Theatre series.

I still have this CD somewhere. I remember playing it like crazy on the discman during my younger days. Might go look for it tonight.

Long day that was good.

Lucky for us it did not rain while we were out on Sandra's new bike's virgin ride. Our ride took us from Fort Road all the way thru East Coast Park to Changi Ferry Terminal and back. Not bad for a virgin ride. This is the first time I've seen her ride so fast. And she actually said she could ride more. That's good to hear.

Both our bikes drew lots of attention from passer-by and rider-by's in ECP. So many commenting on the whacky colours we had on our bikes. But one proved fatal as a teen boy was so engaged looking at my bike while he was overtaking me that he was in the wrong lane and slammed straight into a lady on the opposite direction. Amidst the blood and sparks he tumbled right into my path and I managed to steer clear of him by 6.66mm lest I take his brain bucket of his shoulders clean. And of cause I would fall equally spectacular as well. All was safe, for me at least.

Critical Mass ride tomorrow evening. 7pm. Tanjong Pagar MRT.

The story of a Pigeon.

Sandra's new bicycle. From an $80 classic china bicycle to super dope bike. More pics of the buildup process at Sandra's blog.

The complete build. Clean and nice!

Crack The Skye

Picked up the new album Crack The Skye by Mastadon at HMV this afternoon. Great great stuff. Check out the awesome music video as well. The vocals sound awfully Ozzy Osbourne though. But in a good way.

No new watch for me.

And everything else is pretty much a nono for me the next couple of months.

Death by dentist

Few days ago I serviced my car for almost $200.

Today a visit to the dentist set me back $295.

Next month my Car Insurance and road tax is due.

With the civil service bonus withdrawn next month.

Things are not looking good......

I need serious hookups. Damn.

The Hundreds will be dropping another version of their POST fitted this Thursday June 18th, 2009. The New Era cap will be an exclusive to The Hundreds San Francisco, with only 100 being produced.

Old Changi Hospital V2.0

Went there again this afternoon after a friends' Baby one month shower. Wanted to check out how it was like in the daylight. And to find out if our "mortuary" key was still there. Apparently it is, guess no one dares to touch it haha.

The coolest thing? Met Jialiang taking pics there. Super random.

Car servicing day.

$70 for engine oil and servicing.
$15 for tyre rotation and balancing.

RB3 Honda Odyssey looking better as days past.

I thought I disliked the new facelifted Odyssey's compared to the perfectly 'boxy' rear end of the previous model. But the more I see these rides on the roads. The more it's growing onto me. And this Noblesse Odyssey confirms that. I might just consider a Noblesse Kit for my own ride....

New watch for me?

Pay to make your iphone/ipod touch wet!

I recently bought an armband to house my iphone when I go for my runs. My 3rd gen ipod has died and I am doubling up my iphone as my main music player as well.

There seems to be a wardrobe malfunction to the creation of such armbands. Why isn't the material used and design done in a way that my iphone does not become freaking soaked and wet with my sweat?

Isn't that what the whole "active armband" thing suppose to work? Who does not sweat profusely when they really workout? And I am suppose to subject my iphone to such 'wet' abuse daily?

I might as well use a rubber band and strap it to my body since it will get wet anyway.

I am sending an email to the company to ask about this situation. Paying sgd$50 to make my iphone wet is not my idea of a joke.
