Dude. No more coke. Zero, light, 0 calories, -ve calories. All no go. Just water.

Maybe you can treat yourself to a coke light for every 5kg that you lose.

From that steamboat looking meal. You may have tried to avoid carbs and take more meat but your kind of meat is not lean and they are laced with fats... so instead of taking white rice to give you energy to burn, you are loading yourself with more fats that is even more difficult to burn away.

If you really want to see results, consider adding a run in the morning. A 2km run shouldn't take you more than 15mins. So just sleep 1/2 hr earlier than your usual bed time.
