Errant drivers everywhere.

I hate posting hate/rant posts. But tonight's incident pissed me off too much.

Drivers who suddenly stop on a busy road not caring how many cars are following behind. And when given the horn and flash. Start questioning your malicious intent in using those methods. Am I supposed to smile and be happy when you suddenly stop, causing many other cars behind you to apply emergency brake?

And when I say that you could have not just caused an accident between me and you. Also the many others behind. You have the cheek to say you don't know there are cars behind? Don't know or don't care? Since you claim not to know. Here I am telling you now!

When I throw you all these questions, you look stunned and are unable to answer. All you can say is why are you so fierce when talking. Once again, am I supposed to smile and kneel down in front of you and offer you tea for nearly causing accidents?

And passengers, please. You don't interfere when you are sitting in the rear seat.

Damn this.

Shows that I must watch.

Many of the shows I love are not screened here in Singapore. For obvious reasons. Therefore I shall have to either buy it off Itunes or import the DVDs myself.

Rec2 however is showing in cinemas now and I shall watch it tonight!

Ultimate warhammer gift to myself.

Many know that I have been painting and collecting 28mm miniatures for almost 12yrs.
I have spent thousands of dollars on my hobby that I am so passionate about and spent countless hours painting and putting them together. Not forgetting the best times I had when I was still actively gaming with them.

Now that I am so busy with many other commitments and work my hobby has been relegated to simply collecting and painting. I still buy and build and paint up my armies to playable standards. In fact my painting has gone beyond simple tabletop standard. I would love to be able to dedicate some time to get back into playing the game with my miniatures.



Every true warhammer player/collector/painter will definitely dream about owning at least one of these. And I am also one of them.

A Titan. Standing many many times over the normal miniature. A titan is truly the mark of "hardcore-ness" of a hobbyist.

Seeing that I have been in this hobby for more than a decade. And how I can see myself painting and collecting till my old age. I shall make at least one Titan my goal. Definitely a trophy model for my new home coming real soon.

Only problem? This cost $300 british pounds. Excluding shipping......

Finally.

Still as busy as ever.
3 separate lesson observation in my classroom throughout the week.
HOD, Supervisor and Vice-Principal.
Glad that everything went well.
Got quite good reviews for my lesson as well.

Best part of the week?
Another teacher coming into the staff room telling me that the kids loved my lesson.
How they were talking about it all the time.
And pulling out their artwork to continue drawing in class as soon as they are done with their other homework.
Outside art class time.

That's really nice.
Makes all the hard work worthwhile.
